Monday Meal Plan
Hey everybody! So last week's meal plan did not go so well. Although I had every meal planned I didn't go grocery shopping last Wednesday like I normally do so I was relying on a lot of things that we already had at home and we didn't have a whole lot of groceries to be honest. This week I feel much better though. I'm trying something different and I actually planned for the next two weeks and I am going to attempt one big shopping trip on Wednesday with the exception of my produce. I want to pick up a bunch of fruit to make breakfast smoothies and that I will get a week at a time so it doesn't go bad.
So here is this week's meal plan:
Monday:
Breakfast- Toast
Lunch- Omelets
Dinner- Hamburgers/Hot Dogs
Tuesday:
Breakfast- Cereal
Lunch- Mini Pizzas
Dinner- Brown Sugar Chicken
Wednesday:
Breakfast- Muffins
Lunch- Quesadillas
Dinner- Lasagna
Thursday:
Breakfast- Omelets
Lunch- PB&J
Dinner- Leftovers
Friday:
Breakfast-Toast
Lunch- Ham/Cheese Pin Wheels
Dinner- Roast (Not sure what kind yet)
Saturday:
Breakfast- Pancakes
Lunch- Hot Dogs
Dinner- Cheesy Chicken Tater Tots
Sunday:
Breakfast- Cinnamon Rolls (Family Recipie)
Lunch- Soup
Dinner- Grilled Mac n'Cheese
