Meal Planning Monday

Hey everybody! Here is this week's meal plan. Normally I don't plan out all of our breakfasts and lunches but now that my son is back in school I want to make sure that he is getting a good breakfast before I drop him off. He also gets home right before lunch so I don't have time to wander around my kitchen trying to figure out what to make for them. I will also provide links to the recipes!

Monday:
Breakfast- Cereal (Most likely Cheerios)
lunch- Hotdogs, Tater Tots
Dinner- Roast Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Corn

Tuesday:
Lunch- Grilled Cheese
Wednesday:
Breakfast- Toast and Eggs
Thursday:
Breakfast- Cereal (Cheerios again!)
Lunch- Hot dogs
Dinner- Leftovers
Friday:
Breakfast- Banana Bread
Lunch- Mac n'cheese
Dinner- Lasagna
Saturday:
Breakfast- Buttermilk Pancakes (same as above)
Lunch- Sausage and Potatoes
Dinner- Leftovers
Sunday:
Breakfast- Cereal
Lunch- PB&J
Dinner- Potluck

So now you might be wondering how I put together my meal plan and honestly it's pretty easy. I have a note pad that has the days of the week listed on it that I just use to write B,L,D on it. Then I head over to my Food board on Pinterest and start to fill in any new meals that I may want to try or even meals we've tried and know we love. I used to really pay close attention to what is on sale at my favorite grocery store and then pick my recipes but they always have such good deals that it hasn't seemed to make much of a difference.
