1st Day of Christmas Crafts

Welcome to the 1st day of my 12 days of Christmas crafts series. Today's craft is actually something I made last year but it was SO easy I had to share.

Materials needed:

3 candles (I got mine at Dollar Tree.)

Stickers or die cut letters (I used my Cricut.)

Baker's twine (I got mine at the Target Dollar Spot)

Modge Podge

Thick paint brush

Steps:

1. Cut out letters using a die cutting machine or use stickers to spell out words or phrases on candles. If you use die cut letters you will need to adhere them to the candles using the Modge Podge. If you use stickers you wouldn't have to use the Modge Podge but I maybe would just to keep them down more securely. 
2. Wrap baker's twine around the top of the candles. I'm pretty sure I secured mine with a little bit of hot glue.

How easy was that?! This project looks super cute and really could cost you only around $5. For tomorrow's craft I hope to have an update of my December Daily. I have added a bunch more pictures but I am hoping tomorrow I will have time to do some embellishing (decorating for you non crafter readers) before I write my post.
